JJ started in commercial real estate in 2005 and has built a strong business and clientele. Over the past 15 years, JJ has consistently been ranked as one of the top producers, even being named Rookie of the Year his first year in the industry. JJ has received the National Achievement Award in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. He was recently promoted to Senior Vice President Investments in 2020.

JJ is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, MLS, LoopNet, and Costar. He graduated from University of Arizona with a BS in Communications. JJ lives in Los Gatos with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending his time with family and friends.
